Experience the transformative power of gentle yoga and spiritual coaching combined into a purposeful four-session package, informed by the timeless teachings of yoga.
Each session builds upon the previous one, creating a personal journey of growth and self-discovery.
In our sessions I will guide you through 30 minutes of personalised yoga asana practice and meditation to cultivate peace, balance, and vitality, followed by 30 minutes of spiritual coaching. A transformative coaching modality that offers wisdom and guidance on living with your greater purpose, authenticity, and joy.
We will work with particular themes and issues that arise for you, helping you apply yogic principles to navigate challenges, make conscious choices, and create a life of harmony and fulfillment.

I take great care in tailoring each session to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. We can use chair-based yoga poses to create a practice that feels safe and accessible for your body.
